For a perfect result, during the breast augmentation, a plastic surgeon can also perform breast lift in the same operation. This way, the implant will fill the entire space of the breast and make the breasts look particularly attractive.
Often women, considering breast augmentation, have many concerns and doubts. All of them are answered by the surgeon during the consultation.
Plastic surgeon’s consultation:
During the consultation, the plastic surgeon will evaluate the patient’s breast anatomy: size, shape, nipple position, etc. During the consultation, the patient’s expectations will be clarified, and in order to more easily imagine the final outcome of the operation, the breast implant models will be examined. Using a special measuring bra, the patient will measure and select the preferred parameters of breast implants:
• size;
• surface;
• shape – round or drop shape;
• Base and projection – the implant base determines the space between the breasts, and the fullness of the breast is determined by the implant’s projection and volume.
In clinic are using only reliable and certified Motiva and Mentor implants.

Breast augmentation with fat, where breasts are augmented with the patient’s own fat, is a natural alternative to implant breast augmentation. The surgery begins with the removal of unwanted fat deposits from the areas such as thighs, abdomen, buttocks, etc. The sucked fat is then processed using a special technology to make it suitable for breast augmentation. Given that only about half of the fat used during the surgery naturalise, more millilitres of them are injected. Breast augmentation with fat yields a very natural result. It is important to emphasize that this surgery allows the enlarge the breasts from half to one size.
Plastic surgeon’s consultation:

Breast lift surgery is performed to raise the breast contour to a higher position, adjust the breast shape, size and make the breasts more attractive.
There are several reasons why breasts lose their firmness, plumpness and beautiful appearance:
• Baby feeding;
• weight loss;
• gravity;
• aging process.
It is important to mention that breast lift surgery is only performed on women with small breasts. Often during breast lift surgery, breast augmentation with implants is also performed.
During the consultation the patient’s expectations are clarified: whether she prefers only breast lift or implant augmentation as well. If a plastic surgeon and a patient decide to perform breast augmentation surgery, the patient can examine the breast implant models to help visualize the final outcome, and select the implants based on their:
• size;
• surface;
• shape – round or drop shape;

The human face is slowly aging: the outer corners of the eyes descend, the skin of the eyelids is sagged, the cheeks, the corners of the lips and the lower jaw line descend, the neck is relaxed. In this case, the most appropriate facial correction is a full facelift surgery that removes the excess skin, fixes deeper tissues making up the face, and the facial skin is lifted. If the surgery is performed well, a person must look relaxed, fresh, and his face, certainly, smoother.
The types of surgery are also several: suture lift, lift of the lower or middle part of the face and lift of the whole face. The minimum surgical invasion is in case of choosing suture lift when a patient is subject to a small incision of 1.5-2 mm of length, through which a needle is threaded using a suture with tissue supporting teeth. Sutures are classified as absorbable and non-absorbable, but this procedure is not long-lasting, modern sutures remain to three years. It is also important to know that it is not advisable to perform suture procedure in case of the excess skin and severe skin relaxation.
During the surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgeons try to make incisions in points where they would be covered or coincide with the natural wrinkle. At the beginning, they are red, but they fade in 1–1.5 years. After the facelift surgery, bruises and the swollen face remain for several weeks. Swelling recedes in a month. The final result is visible after 6-12 months.
Postsurgical period:
• After the surgery, it is recommended not to wipe the wounds for about 4 days;
• Severe physical exertion and heat should be avoided for 1-1.5 months;
• Sunlight and solarium should be avoided from 6 months to 1.5 years, i.e. as long as the scars fade.

One of the most popular alternatives to injection of hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin providing long-lasting results is facial fat grafting. This procedure is recommended for patients who desire naturally to increase the volume of the cheeks, lips, smooth deeper wrinkles, scars or recesses, beautify the eyes.
In order to beautify the face with fat, this reserve – a little fatty tissue must be accumulated on the body. This procedure is not possible for sporty or very slim patients. Most often, fat is transferred from the waist or abdomen, sometimes from the thighs.
The surgery is performed under general anesthesia. In the point, where fat sucking is performed, incisions of 0.5 cm of length are made. Most frequently, fat is taken for the transfer from problem areas where it most frequently accumulates: the waist or abdomen. The physiological saline of 5-8°C is injected when making the incision in order to reduce bleeding and resolve fatty cells. Subsequently, a metal cannula is inserted to suck out fat (100-200 ml) that is prepared by a special method and inserted into the appropriate area. Fat is always injected a little more, because only about 40% of it survive – a part of the transferred cells is deemed by the body as the normal fatty tissue, whereas the non-surviving fatty cells are resolved, distributed and removed from the body.
Postsurgical period:
• Only about 40% of fat survive after the surgery, so the cosmetic effect may be insufficient and the procedure may need to be repeated after a some time;
• The volume of transferred fat also depends on weight changes – upon weight loss, fat volume decreases.

The shape and position of the eyebrows determines the expression of the human face. If the eyebrows are sagged, a person looks sad and tired, and the descended eyebrows usually also determine sagging of the eyelids affecting vision. Sagging of the eyebrows may occur regardless of human age. This surgery is usually performed in conjunction with the upper eyelid plastic surgery.
Eyebrow lift surgery usually lasts about 1-1.5 hours under general anesthesia, incisions are made above the top of the hair growth line. The forehead tissues are removed with special instruments through these incisions, the eyebrows are lifted up and fixed with sutures and/or screws, which are removed after 10-12 days. After the surgery, the face is swollen, bruises appear, and the forehead may swell, but these symptoms are temporary and finally disappear in 3-4 weeks. In addition, the cold season of the year is especially suitable for eyelid plastic and eyebrow lift surgeries, because it is easy to avoid sunlight during the postsurgical period.
Eyelid lift surgery is often performed during the eyebrow lift surgery.
Postsurgical period:
• After the surgery, the face swells and bruises appear;
• Facial swelling is the greatest within the first 2 days after the surgery, so it is very important to freeze it regularly with compresses;
• Swelling begins to disappear after 3-4 days. Swelling and bruising usually remain for 3-4 weeks;
• The final result of the surgery is visible after 4-6 months after the full disappearance of swelling and maturation of the scars;
• In order to achieve the best result after the surgery, it is recommended a course of individual lymph drainage massage.
At our Clinic surgery is performed only by experienced plastic and reconstructive surgery specialists.
Eyelid surgery – is a procedure of plastic surgery, during which excess of skin and (or) fat is removed from eyelids.
The natural aging process, emotional experiences and stress, as well as other emotional and physical reasons determine why the skin around the eyes is more wrinkled, bags under the eyes appear, become heavy and sagging, and give the appearance of a tired glance.
Naturally, eyelid surgery is usually performed on people of older age. According to plastic surgeon V. Jankūnas, the average age of the patients who undergo eyelid surgery is approximately 35–40 years.

Prominent ears are one of the most frequent congenital deformities of head and neck. Approximately 5 percent of people have prominent ears, which is not only an aesthetical problem, but can also be the cause of taunting by other people or lower self-esteem.
Otoplasty is not only for pressing excessively prominent ears closer to the head, but also for reducing excessive auricles, correction of the shape of the ear cartilage. Even if deformation is seen only on one ear, both auricles are corrected during surgery – this helps achieve the most perfect symmetry.
Such correction can be performed for children from the age of 6 years. Ear surgery for adults is carried out according to their preference.
At our Clinic surgery is performed only by experienced plastic and reconstructive surgery specialists.
Reconstructive rhinoplasty or septoplasty is the procedure mostly for improving the quality of life rather than appearance, however, both can be achieve at the same time. Nose surgery can restore the shape of the nose after breaking, partial loss of the nasal tissue or full loss of the nose.
Difficulties in breathing through the nose, constantly runny nose, nasal bleeding or pain may be indications that nasal septum surgery is necessary.
Nasal septal surgery is one of the most difficult plastic surgery procedures. It is carried out on patients who are at least 18 years old, since this is when human bones and cartilages form fully and stop growing. It is performed on children only in exceptional cases, when it is necessary to eliminate respiratory disorders after trauma.
Surgery is performed under general anaesthesia. Duration up to 1.5 hours.
Postsurgical period:
• The patient must spend up to 2 days in the clinic, depending on complexity of surgery
• Pain may be felt in the first days, as well as the discomfort caused by the cotton swabs in nostrils, which are there to prevent bleeding and necessary after nasal septum operations
• The nose heals fully in 3–4 months, rehabilitation is usually painless

Lip augmentation is a natural way to make the lips plump for a long time, to correct their shape, to equalize the asymmetry of the lips. Often lip augmentation is performed on patients with the narrow lips by nature and on those whose lips get wrinkled, become unsmooth and lose the shape due to the aging process. There are cases where patients, whose lips have been distorted during accidents or due to various diseases, apply to plastic and reconstructive surgeons.
The surgery is usually performed under general or local anesthesia. In the area where liposuction is performed, small incisions of approximately 0.5 cm of length are made. Frequently, fat is taken for the transfer from problem areas where it most frequently accumulates: the waist or abdomen. The physiological saline of 5-8°C is injected when making the incision in order to reduce bleeding and resolve fatty cells. Subsequently, a metal cannula is inserted to suck out fat (100-200 ml) that is prepared by a special method and inserted into the lips.
Postsurgical period:
• Whereas only a part (about 40%) of fat survive after the surgery, the cosmetic effect may be insufficient and the procedure may need to be repeated after a some time;
• The lips may be swollen and may be felt dry for a few weeks after the surgery;
• The occurred bruises usually disappear within 2 weeks after the surgery;
• It is forbidden to smoke for at least 2 weeks after the surgery. Hot smoke slows down the healing process.

Chin correction is a way to change the size and shape of the chin. The surgery is also performed for people with occlusal problems. In most cases, patients apply to plastic and reconstructive surgeons for a number of problems: when the chin is underdeveloped or extremely small, disproportionate to other parts of the face or contrarily – is very large, prominent, as well as disproportionate to the face. Another reason is an injury or bone loss during the aging process.
When a patient needs aesthetic chin reduction surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgeons remove some of the bone and fix it with screws. If chin augmentation surgery is needed, the chin is then raised with an implant. Silicone or polyethylene implants may be used to augment the chin.
The surgery is performed under general anesthesia. The surgery methodology may vary depending on the nature of the correction. In this regard, the point of incision is selected: it can be made in the area under the chin and inside the mouth.
Postsurgical period:
• After the surgery, the swelling remains for 2-3 weeks, and bruises occur at the beginning.
• In case of chin reduction, the primary aesthetic appearance is visible after a longer period of time because healing of the bone needs more time;
• For 3–4 days after the surgery, wounds cannot be wetted and their dressing must be changed every few days;
• The surgery does not affect the chewing function;
• The surgical area should be frozen with ice by 30 min. three times a day for the first two days;
• It is required to sleep on the back for 1 week after the surgery;
• Active sports should be avoided for 1-2 months;
• The final result is visible after about 4-6 months;
• When non-absorbable sutures are used during the surgery, they are removed after 7 days.
At our Clinic surgery is performed only by experienced plastic and reconstructive surgery specialists.
It is said that neck is the part of the body that shows the actual age of a person. Usually it is the very truth. This part of the body remains on the sidelines, as if unnoticed. It is not surprising that after some time we begin to notice changes in the neck area. Here the skin is very thin and sensitive, therefore, the first signs of ageing first of all become visible on the neck.
Over the time neck skin becomes loose, flabby, and eventually can sag noticeably. It happens not only due to ageing process, but due to other factors, such as big loss of weight, as well. After losing excessive weight, especially for older people, whose skin is not as elastic, excess of a skin can form under the chin, and it does not contract on its own. In this case patients come to undergo neck plastics.
Neck lift can be performed in various ways. Usually surgical neck operation or lifting with surgical stitches is used.
Surgery is very often performed together with face lift and neck liposuction.
When the situation is not very complicated and the neck skin is not very stretched and flappy, neck lift can be performed with the use of a mini invasive procedure – surgical stitches. These stitches are inserted into a neck area and they nicely lift the skin that is becoming more lose, they also form a nice angle between the chin and the neck. The pronounced forms rejuvenate neck area right away. The procedure is effective for 3–5 years, after that it can be repeated.
However, neck lift with stitches is ineffective, when neck skin sagged very much. In such case the surgical neck lift is performed.
If there is not only the sagging of the skin, but also there is an excess of fat accumulated in the neck, then first of all the drainage of excessive fat is performed.
During surgery the neck muscles are corrected and strengthened, excess of free skin is removed, and the remaining skin is extended and strengthened. Neck correction requires about 2–3 hours, and results remain for 5–10 years. After surgery there is a feeling of neck swelling and numbing, some bruising is visible.
You will see the result even on the same day right after the surgery, because there will not be any excessive skin. After the neck heals completely, it will look more firm, younger and smoother.
At our Clinic surgery is performed only by experienced plastic and reconstructive surgery specialists.
Liposuction is one of the most popular types of cosmetic surgery in the world. Lipoplasty is performed with the aim of body contouring with part of the adipose tissue removed from certain areas of the patient’s body. After the liposuction procedure has been completed, the body contours of the patient show through or desired body lines are formed.
Liposuction might be performed in the following situations:
• trying to eliminate body asymmetry;
• trying to correct certain parts of the body, for example abdomen, torso, buttocks, thighs, knees, arms or even the chin;
• when the body weight is normal, but unwanted accumulations of fat are seen in certain body areas;
• in case of gynecomastia, i.e. increased breasts in men, when adipose tissue exists.
For a long time, liposuction was popular only among women, however today it is often necessary for men too. Lipoplasty for men is most often performed in the abdomen, torso or chest areas. There are cases when the fat that has been sucked out during an operation is used to form face and body contours. Among women, it is especially popular to use sucked out fat for the formation of not only face contours, but also of the recently growing in popularity Brazilian buttock, and for breast augmentation with their own adipose tissue, which in this case is as valuable as gold.
Preparing for surgery:

Surgery:
• duration: from 1.5 to 3 hours;
• general anaesthesia is applied;
• during the operation, a plastic and reconstructive surgery doctor makes small incisions of about 0.5 cm. The surgeon tries to make these incision in natural body creases or areas covered by underwear so that with time the scars will become barely visible. A special solution that reduces haemorrhage and disperses fat cells is injected. After that, with the help of a vacuum liposuction machine and special cannula part of the adipose tissue is sucked out.
Postsurgical period:
• it is possible to return to the normal rhythm of life in 1-2 weeks;
• avoid physical exertion for 3-4 weeks; avoid lifting heavy objects (above 5 kg);

Plastic surgery of the abdomen is necessary when the muscles of the abdomen become deformed and at the bottom of the abdomen sagging skin and stretch marks appear, also known as striae. This most often happens to women due to diastasis recti (separation of rectus abdominis muscles) after they have given birth, or it may be a consequence of sudden weight loss.
When it is impossible to get rid of the saggy belly doing physical exercises or adhering to a diet, the only solution is abdomen plastic surgery.
While performing plastic surgery of the abdomen, the incision is made in the bikini zone (in the lower abdomen). During the operation, skin and hypodermis tissue are separated from the abdominal wall, separated muscles of the abdomen are sutured (thus eliminating diastasis recti), the abdominal wall is fortified, unwanted saggy excess skin is removed, scars from previous operations are eliminated, and a new aesthetically looking navel is formed.
If diastasis recti (separation of rectus abdominis muscles) is the problem, but the skin of the abdomen does not sag, only partial abdominoplasty is performed. Plastic surgery of the abdomen can also be combined with liposuction.
After regaining form, in order to guarantee long-term results, it is recommended to start doing exercise and sports, and ensure receiving proper nutrition.

Important
After the operation in the bikini zone and around the navel remain barely visible scars that are several millimetres wide. After complete healing of the surgical wounds, it is possible to perform scar correction with laser.
Mommy Makeover is a combination of surgeries usually consisting of abdominal plastic surgery and breast lift and augmentation with implants, often combined with fat sucking. All body corrections are done together during one anesthesia in such manner saving time and money, and avoiding repeated anesthesia and second postsurgical recovery period.
The main purpose of a combined surgery Mommy Makeover is to restore body forms had before childbirth. In most cases, after the pregnancy or major weight loss in a short period of time, excess abdominal skin frequently appear, the stretched abdominal muscles weaken the abdominal wall and cause the “prominent abdomen”, which cannot be removed by sport or diet, the breasts sag and flat. The surgery is also performed after major weight loss and accumulation of large sagged skin and changes in the body lines.
Mommy Makeover is a surgical intervention that lasts about 6 hours and usually consists of 2 parts.
The first part of a combined surgery is abdominal plastic surgery which purpose is to correct the distorted abdominal wall – upon taking into account the extent of the distortion, to perform plastic surgery of the entire or a part of the abdominal wall.
The surgery is performed under general anesthesia and, depending on the volume, takes 2-4 hours. The incision is made at the bottom of the abdomen, above the pubic hair growth line. When plastic surgery of the whole abdominal wall is performed, the incision extends from one to the other ilium. When the problem is the moved apart abdominal muscles, the excess abdominal skin does not occur and the elasticity of the skin remains, plastic surgery of a part of the abdominal wall is performed.
Abdominal plastic surgery is often combined with fat sucking in the area of the abdomen and waist. The fatty cells do not grow back in the suction areas. When a patient put on weight, the new fat would evenly accumulate throughout the body. It is recommended to suck out the subcutaneous fat only where the excess distorts the contour of the body. Number of sucked fat is not high (from a few hundred millilitres to five litres), but it is sufficient to correct the body shapes.
The second part of the combined surgery is the breast lift that is performed when the skin firmness is reduced and the breast lost the youthful shape due to a passing time, the breasts sag after a childbirth or major excess weight loss. The surgery is performed under general anesthesia and usually lasts up to 3 hours. Breast lift is often performed with breast augmentation with implants in order to give the breast a desired shape. Taking into account the desires of a woman, the elasticity of the skin and other surgical options, the procedure of the surgery and breast implants, that can be circular or drop-shaped (“anatomical”), as well as various volumes and weights, are selected.
The procedure of the surgery is selected individually for each woman, taking into account the body parameters – the shape of the breasts, the degree of sagging and the desires of a woman. When the breasts are sagged a little, their shape can be corrected with drop-shaped (“anatomical”) implants by making the incision around the nipple areola and removing the excess skin. During the surgery the nipple is slightly dislocated, the volume of the breast is increased, and the scar remains only around the nipple.
Postsurgical period:
• The surgery is allowed only with a proper body mass index (BMI less than 30);
• The patients spend two days in the clinic after breast augmentation surgery;
• The healing period depends on the complexity of the surgery and lasts about 1-3 weeks;
• There is a probability to feel slight pain, see swelling, bruises during this period;
• It is difficult to carry out normal day-to-day activities for a few days after the surgery, so the household work has to be committed to relatives in the postsurgical period;
• It is forbidden to lift up weights, do intense sports and carry out active physical activity during the healing period;
• Swelling can be visible up to six months and longer in individual cases. Lymph drainage massage course, that reduces swelling and stimulates faster healing, is recommended after the surgery.
At our Clinic surgery is performed only by experienced plastic and reconstructive surgery specialists.
Surgical buttock augmentation is usually sought by girls who have the flatter buttocks by nature and desire to have more rounded shapes, as well as who lost major weight in a short period of time. In case of a sudden major weight loss, even at a young age, the tissues weaken and the buttocks sag, so for those who seek the long-lasting effect of the perfect buttocks, the buttock augmentation with implants sounds the most attractive.
For slim women and girls who desire to have the lifted buttocks but have no material – fat that can be sucked out and transferred, implants are inserted. However, when the buttocks are very flat by nature, a girl is extremely slim and has almost no fatty tissue, or desires to have the larger, so-called “Brazilian” buttocks, the body fat alone is not enough to achieve the desired result. In this case, it is recommended to correct the shape and size of the buttocks with silicone implants that increase the upper part of the buttocks, improve the buttock line and lift the buttocks.
Postsurgical period:
• Upon inserting buttock implants, women can live a normal life;
• Certainly, it is required to follow low-intensity regimen for a some time after buttock augmentation surgery – to wear special compression garments for 2 weeks after the surgery;
• Severe physical exertion, lying on the back and pressing the buttocks are forbidden for about 2 months;
• The final result of the surgery is visible after 3-4 months, when a part of fat disappears after the transfer, in other cases – when seams completely heal;
• Women already walk after 2-3 hours from the surgery.
• Patients’ satisfaction with the results of the surgery also largely depends on their own contribution – the best effect is guaranteed in the result of the following doctors’ recommendations, adjusted meal and sufficient physical activity.

In case of a sudden major weight loss, even at a young age, the tissues weaken and the buttocks sag, so for those who seek the long-lasting effect of the perfect buttocks, the buttock augmentation with fat or implants sounds the most attractive.
Therefore, depending on the proportions of a human body, the type of surgery is chosen – for some it is sufficient slightly to lift the buttocks by inserting fat, while for others, implants are inserted.
The most popular method to improve the size and shape of the buttocks is to transfer own fat. During this surgery, fat from the abdomen, waist and thighs is transferred into the upper part of the buttocks. This surgery can make a noticeable correction of the entire figure of a woman removing adverse excess fat in the waist and thighs and making the buttocks more rounded.
The most important accent related to fat grafting is the correction of the shape of the waist, thighs and abdomen, where we use a patient’s own fatty cells. The excess fat is taken from other areas – fat containing excess fatty tissues is sucked out and transferred into the buttocks giving the volume and changing the shape of the buttocks and lifting them.

This surgery improves the aesthetic appearance of the thighs by removing the excess skin and fat layer.
The surgery is performed under general anesthesia and lasts for 2-3 hours. Excess skin is removed during the surgery. The incisions are usually made along the limb making efforts that the postsurgical scar will be at least visible.
The incision is made in the internal area of the thigh. The postsurgical scar is visible only from the side and is unnoticeable from the front or the back. During the surgery, the excess skin and fat layer are removed from the internal areas of the thighs, narrowing the volume of the thighs and giving them more firmness. Often this surgery is combined with fat sucking from the other thigh areas, making the thighs more contoured. The lift procedure can be combined with fat sucking.
Postsurgical period:
• A smoother, tighter thigh contour is noticeable immediately after the surgery;
• A slight, thin scar will remain in the incision point, which starts fading after 8-12 weeks from the surgery and becomes hardly noticeable later;
• The postsurgical scars should be protected from direct sunlight for at least half a year. The results of the thigh lift are long-lasting, but they largely depend on a patient’s lifestyle, diet and physical activity;
• It is required to follow low-intensity regimen during a healing period – to fail smoking for two weeks after the surgery, because smoking adversely affects blood circulation and can disorder wound healing;
• It is required to avoid physical exertion, active leisure, doing sports;
• The surgery is dangerous for patients suffering from diabetes and other related diseases – there is a higher risk of worse healing;
• Special compression garments should be worn for 6-8 weeks after the surgery and dressing should be changed every 2-3 days;
• When non-absorbable sutures are used during the surgery, they are removed after 2 weeks;
• In order to achieve the maximum result after the surgery, a course of individual lymph drainage massage is recommended.

This surgery improves the aesthetic appearance of the upper arms by removing the excess skin and fat layer.
The upper arm plastic surgery is performed in order to remove the sagging tissues and skin from the upper part of the arm in the result of weight changes, low skin elasticity, aging or heredity. The most effective way to enhance the contours of the upper arms and armpits is to give the arms aesthetic appearance and youthful contour – to perform plastic correction.
During the upper arm plastic surgery, the excess sagging skin in the upper arm is reduced, the main supporting tissue forming the shape of the upper arm is lifted and smoothed out, and excess fat accumulated in the upper part of the arm is removed. The incisions are made in such a way as to be at least visible and the scar would remain on the inside to prevent it from visibility. When correcting the upper arm, the scar is noticeable when the arms are opened or lifted up.

The incision is made in the internal-back area of the upper arm. The postsurgical scar is noticeable only when the arms are lifted up or opened. During the upper arm plastic surgery, the excess sagging skin in the upper arm is reduced, the main supporting tissue forming the shape of the upper arm is lifted and smoothed out, and excess fat accumulated in the upper part of the arm is removed. After the surgery, patients are happy with the reduced excess skin on the arms, increased self-confidence, the ability to wear short sleeves and be satisfied with it.
The lift procedure can be combined with fat sucking. Whereas the fatty cells do not grow back in the suction areas, even if a patient put on weight, new fat would be evenly distributed throughout the body.
